Dear All,

National School Choice Week is an independent public awareness campaign  held every January across the country to mark the importance of effective and sensible education options for children. In addition to spreading the word about the benefits of perfect school choice, this event helps the participant to champion their work and share their successes.

We celebrated National School Choice in the week of January, 25th 2016 at Al-Huda Academy. The students had lots of fun showing their class performances in the extended assembly today.  All classes had their unique presentations to mark the importance of the day. Our Kindergartners sang lovely song “We love Al-Huda” holding their flags. The 1st graders wonderful idea that “Success comes in cans” in which they showed what they can do while at Al-Huda. Our 2nd graders wrote acrostic poem. The 3rd graders prepared a poem. The 4th graders wrote beautiful essays why they chose Al-Huda to be their alma-mater. Our 5th and 6th grade students had presented the school acronym and had made lovely posters for each alphabet.

May our children learn and grow in a same way throughout the school year.
